You're probably reading this because you heard from us. Fair enough — you're checking I'm not another chancer with a template and a monthly fee. Have a look. Then decide.
I used to sell websites for the agencies charging four grand a pop — and what they were flogging wasn't even that good. I know exactly how the trick works, because I saw it from the inside. Now I do it properly, and I let you walk away whenever you want.
The ones who've cottoned on. Who worked out they've been overcharged, locked in, and fobbed off for years — and decided they're done being the mug. Who want a website they actually own, not one they rent forever and lose the day they stop paying.
You're good at the actual work. This is just the bit nobody ever did properly for you. That's who this is for.
You're better on the tools than half your competition, and you know it. Some of them are worse than you and still winning the jobs — because they look better online, and the customer never gets far enough to find out you're the safer pair of hands.
Someone searches. You don't come up, or they land on something that looks half-dead, and they ring the next name on the list. You never hear the phone not ring. That's the leak. That's what I plug.
I built the brand and the site for Clean Cribs — exterior cleaning across Manchester. Here's the site I built them, what it's done for them, and Cam — the owner — telling you straight how it went.
In the first 3 months since launch.

Let me talk you out of it first. This isn't for you if:
If you're happy coasting along with what you've got, genuinely, fair play — a website's wasted on you. This is for the ones who want more work, not the ones winding down.
There's a lad on Fiverr who'll do you one for fifty quid. It'll look like fifty quid. That's not me and I'll not pretend it is.
A site nobody finds and nobody acts on is just a business card that costs more. The point is that it works — not that it exists.
It's not smart, and it's dearer than it looks by the time you've rented it for a couple of years — and you own none of it. More on that maths further down.
I don't do those. If that's what you're after, we're not a fit — which, honestly, brings me to the best part.
Here's the honest truth most won't tell you: fixing a toilet isn't sexy. Building a roof isn't sexy. But they work — and that's the whole point. A proper website is the same. Everyone glosses over it because it's not exciting, and instead they flog you automations you'll never use and buzzwords that mean nothing. I don't. I cut all of that and build the handful of things that genuinely turn a stranger on Google into a job in your diary.
Not a template with your name in the corner. Designed around your trade and built to rank ahead of your competition. The bit that actually works.
When someone nearby searches for your trade, you come up. Not buried on page four. Google listing sorted, areas covered.
Miss a call, they get a text straight back. Form, email, WhatsApp — instant reply and you get pinged. Never lose a job to a slow reply.
After every job, the customer gets a nudge to leave a Google review. More reviews, more trust, more work. You don't lift a finger.
New photos, a price change, a new service — you don't log into anything. You text me, I sort it. Same day.

When someone nearby searches your trade, you show up where it counts — in the map pack, with the stars and reviews, looking like the obvious choice.
Miss a call and they get a text straight back — automatically — before they ring the next name. Whoever replies first wins the job.
People are starting to ask AI "who's good near me?" — and almost no trade is set up to be the name it puts forward. I build yours so it is.
The domain and site are registered to you, like your van. Walk away whenever and you take the lot — no hostage situation, no "our system".
Course — and he does it as a favour in his spare time, so it looks like one: half-finished, never updated, and you can't chase a mate for changes. This is my actual job, not a favour I'll get round to.
It can — and it'll look like every other AI site: says nothing specific, ranks nowhere, reads like a robot wrote it, because one did. I use AI daily, but a tool's only as good as who's pointing it. You're buying the result.
You don't — right up until the customer who Googled you found nothing, or something that looked dead, and rang someone else. You never see those jobs. You just quietly don't get them.
Good — keep them, they're the best work there is. But you can't turn referrals on. A website's what brings work in the month they don't show up. And half your referrals Google you before they call anyway.
No drama. Ever.
Everyone's got a being-burnt story. I can't be arsed with drama and neither can you. You want to leave? Sound. You keep everything you've paid for, you don't pay me another penny, we shake hands and I wish you the best. Everyone else locks you in for a reason. I don't need to.
Plenty of places charge you more than that just to sit your site on a server and do nothing with it. That's the con. For less than they charge to do nothing, you get proper work put in every month — found on Google, reviews coming in, leads caught, changes sorted when you need them. More work, for less money. That's the whole point.
Here's the bit nobody shows you — remember that £99 "smart site"? Run it over two years. The real cost, not the shiny monthly number.
Even at their absolute cheapest, you pay the same as me — and at the end of it, it was never yours. With me, it's yours from day one. That's not a sales line. That's just the maths.
No form, no "book a discovery call," no calendar link. Just a message.
I tell you what I'd do and what it costs. You decide. No pressure.
Custom, meticulous, and live in your name. Then I'm still there.
Fast enough — but I don't do the "your site in 48 hours!" thing. That's a template and a marketing ploy, and you can always tell. I do it my way — properly. Will it take weeks and weeks? Probably not. Will I rush it so I can stroke my own ego calling it a "rapid turnaround"? F*ck no. It's done when it's right.
However many the job needs. I don't do bronze-silver-gold packages designed to nudge you into the middle one. I build the pages that'll actually get you the work you're after — no more to pad the price, no fewer to cut a corner.
Yes — properly. The domain and the site are registered in your name, not mine. It's yours the way your van's yours. If you ever leave, you take the lot with you.
No catch. They rent you a site forever and you never own it — that's how the monthly stays "low." I charge you once for the build and a small amount to run it, and you own the thing outright. Over two years I work out cheaper and you keep it.
The price is the price, and it's already fair — less than you'd pay elsewhere to end up owning nothing. I don't pad it so I can pretend to knock a bit off and make you feel like you've won. What I quote is what it costs. You wouldn't want a customer haggling you down for doing a proper job — same here.
No. The £50 a month is me still there — changes, the instant-response texts, reviews, keeping it running. You text me, I sort it. No account manager, no ticket queue. Just me.
You'll know pretty quick if it's right. If it's not — no hard feelings, and no salesman ringing you next Tuesday.
